Product Safety Engineer
Responsibilities:
Serves as lead engineer for product safety testing of client products to worldwide specifications and standards, also to interface and consult with clients on safety needs.
Requirements:
•BSEE and engineering experience required
•Experience in safety testing, approvals and agency submittals (ie: UL, CSA, TUV)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
EMC Wireless Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
•Perform wireless testing for FCC, IC, and European standards
•Perform MIL-STD testing and DO-160 testing applications
•Communicate regulatory requirements to clients
•Consult with clients to bring their designs into compliance
•Prepare documentation for approval by the appropriate agencies
•Maintain up to date wireless laboratory including calibration
Requirements:
•BSEE
•NARTE Certified Preferable
•Several years of experience in wireless certification submittals
•General knowledge of EMC and wireless standard test techniques
•Ability to prepare documentation for agency submittals
•Millimeter wave measurement techniques
•Self motivated
•Good written and oral communication skills
